- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the best dental care we've ever had. The staff is so nice and friendly. Dr.Nielsen will give you a great treatment plan that is both realistic and effective. Other dentists wanted to do a lot of extreme things to my daughter's teeth. Not only did he come up with a better plan but he has been FANTASTIC with my kids. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give a 0, I would. Dr: Neilsen is great but the other dentist that covers for him has no business in family dentistry, especially pediatrics. I couldn't tell you his name because he never introduced himself. The lady at the front has been very nice the last few times we have been there but when a discrepancy with previous billing came up, she became unreasonable and a completely different person. The other staff are great besides one of their daughters or friends walked around the office while my kids were getting dental work done, extremely unprofessional. She also had shorts on that were extremely too short to boot. I left a message asking Dr. Neilsen to call me back to discuss all the events that took place, but never received one.
